2nd day on the job

Hector, the father of the family we were building for, arrived to see our progress. He normally works far away & only gets home a few days a month.


The family was happy to have him home.


Susan is getting stronger!

We started a relay line to pass the heavy buckets of cement. We actually started to consider ourselves the "hormigas" or worker ants.


I have never been so disgustingly dirty in my life! Covered in cement, mud, sweat, rain, sunscreen, bug repellent, sand, etc-disgusting!
